Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) subsidised price: $8
Home Care Package (HCP) & NDIS price: split invoicing – Client $3, HCP $8
Unsubsidised commercial price – $11
Anyone can refer a client to Meals on Wheels including family members, friends, a Hospital, GP, Rehab Facility, Community Nurse, Dietitian, Law Enforcement Agency, etc. You can even refer yourself. There are no waiting lists, and absolutely no contracts.
