Delivery Areas: Dalby township and surrounding areas by negotiation
Meal Package: Main Meal, Dessert and Juice or Sandwich, Dessert and Juice. Individual items also available, dietary requirements catered for. Please contact the Service for further information.
Pricing: Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) Subsidised Meal Price $7.00
Anyone can refer a client to Meals on Wheels including family members, friends, a Hospital, GP, Rehab Facility, Community Nurse, Dietitian, Law Enforcement Agency, etc. You can even refer yourself. There are no waiting lists, and absolutely no contracts.
