2019 – Cleveland Meals on Wheels™
Cleveland Meals on Wheels™ undertook a continuous improvement process in regards to the use of eskies within their Service through consultation with volunteers, staff and clients, they have implemented an individualised esky system that has solved some ongoing issues for the Service.
