1. How does my Entertainment Membership support Meals on Wheels™ Queensland?
When you purchase an Entertainment Membership through our link, 20% of your membership fee, which equals $14, is donated directly to Meals on Wheels™ Queensland. This helps us provide nutritious meals and social support to communities across Queensland.
2. How can I access the discounts with my Entertainment Membership?
After purchasing your Entertainment Membership, you’ll gain instant access to exclusive offers through the Entertainment App. The app is available for download on both iOS and Android devices, where you can browse and redeem over 15,000 discounts at restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues across Australia and New Zealand.
3. What kind of discounts can I expect with an Entertainment Membership?
Enjoy savings of up to 50% at restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues. With new offers added regularly, you’ll be able to save on everything from dining out to everyday purchases and even giftcards!
4. Can I use my Entertainment Membership straight away?
Yes! Once your membership is activated, you can start enjoying discounts right away through the Entertainment App. Simply browse the offers in the app and show the deal at participating locations to redeem your discounts.
5. How long is my Entertainment Membership valid for?
Your membership is valid for 12 months, giving you a whole year to enjoy the discounts and support Meals on Wheels™ Queensland. At the end of the year, you can renew and continue to save and support!
6. Can I cancel my membership or get a refund?
Refunds are subject to the Entertainment Membership terms and conditions. Please check the Entertainment website or contact their support team for more details.
7. Can I share my Entertainment Membership with family members or friends?
Yes! You can share your Entertainment Membership with up to five family members or five devices within your household. To share, simply have the new user download the Entertainment App from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. They’ll need to log in using the primary account holder’s email address and password.
Please note, once an offer is redeemed by anyone within the shared membership, it cannot be used again by anyone else. The new user will remain logged in for 45 days or until the app is updated, unless they log out.
