Pricing:
Full Fee/Full Recovery- $15
CHSP Client Contribution- $10
HCP Client Contribution- $3; HCP Service Provider Invoice Amount- $12
Anyone can refer a client to Meals on Wheels™ including family members, friends, a Hospital, GP, Rehab Facility, Community Nurse, Dietitian, Law Enforcement Agency, etc. You can even refer yourself. There are no waiting lists, and absolutely no contracts.
