Our Service is volunteer-based and operated from Volunteers’ homes, apart from meals, which are sourced frozen from Gourmet Meals and stored locally in our freezers ready for delivery. Our friendly Peer-Support and Meals Co-ordinator assist our Clients with menu selection and delivery days.
- Frozen meals are delivered on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday to Clients in the Crows Nest area.
- Frozen meals are delivered every alternate Wednesday to Clients living inthe surrounding regional towns.
- Closed public holidays.

Anyone can refer a client to Meals on Wheels™ including family members, friends, a Hospital, GP, Rehab Facility, Community Nurse, Dietitian, Law Enforcement Agency, etc. You can even refer yourself. There are no waiting lists, and absolutely no contracts.
