Commonwealth Home Support Package (CHSP) Subsidised price – $12.50 / Full price – $20.00
Home Care Package price $21.05 + GST (30/70 Split Invoicing – Client $6.30 / HCP $14.75 + GST)
Anyone can refer a client to Meals on Wheels including family members, friends, a Hospital, GP, Rehab Facility, Community Nurse, Dietitian, Law Enforcement Agency, etc. You can even refer yourself. There are no waiting lists, and absolutely no contracts.
