Pricing
Commonwealth Home Support Package (CHSP) Client contribution – $10.00
Support at Home (SAH) Client contribution – $5.00
Full Fee Client contribution – $15.00
Anyone can refer a client to Meals on Wheels™ including family members, friends, a Hospital, GP, Rehab Facility, Community Nurse, Dietitian, Law Enforcement Agency, etc. You can even refer yourself. There are no waiting lists, and absolutely no contracts.
