Delivery Locations:
Our delivery team deliver meals on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays and we deliver to the following locations.
Maroochydore, Kuluin, Cotton Tree, Alexander Heads, Mooloolaba, Buderim, Mountain Creek, Kunda Park, Forest Glen, Tanawha, Bli Bli, Sippy Downs, Palmview, Minyama, Buddina, Parrearra, Warana.
Pricing:
Commonwealth Home Support Program Clients (CHSP)
Most of the cost of your meal is covered by the Commonwealth Home Support Program
You will be asked to make a small contribution to the costs subject to the meal type you order.
Home Care Package Clients (HCP)
Most of the cost of your meal is covered by the Home Care Package
You will be asked to make a small contribution to the costs subject to the meal type you order.
Fee For Service (FFS)
If you dont currently have funding through one of the programs above you are still able to order meals from us for a small fee – please phone and talk with one of our friendly Customer Contact Team.
Anyone can refer a client to Meals on Wheels including family members, friends, a Hospital, GP, Rehab Facility, Community Nurse, Dietitian, Law Enforcement Agency, etc. You can even refer yourself. There are no waiting lists, and absolutely no contracts.
