Home Care Packages (HCP) price – $12.50
Commonwealth Home Support Package (CHSP) subsidised prices:
Meals/Salad – $7.50
Soup / Sandwiches – $4.50
Desserts – $2.50
Anyone can refer a client to Meals on Wheels including family members, friends, a Hospital, GP, Rehab Facility, Community Nurse, Dietitian, Law Enforcement Agency, etc. You can even refer yourself. There are no waiting lists, and absolutely no contracts.
