NMOWD24 Letter to MPs from Services – simplified

This Letter is reaching out to your local Member of Parliament to invite them to participate in a meal delivery run and/or attend a morning tea/lunch/event at your Service.

Edits to be made to the letter by you:

  • Insert Logo into header section – if you do not have access to your Trademarked MOW logo, please contact Jordan Reimers at Jordan.reimers@qmow.org who will supply this to you
  • Fill in all Yellow Highlights with details specific to your Service, Area and MP
  • Fill in Details- Are you inviting the MP to do a delivery run? Or to attend your Morning Tea/Lunch? Or possibly Both. (Remove details that are not applicable)
  • Sign with your name, position, and contact information

This Letter is reaching out to any Businesses within your Local Community that you may wish to ask for support/donate this National Meals on Wheels Day.

Edits to be made to the letter by you:

  • Insert Logo into header section – if you do not have access to your Trademarked MOW logo, please contact Jordan Reimers at Jordan.reimers@qmow.org who will supply this to you
  • Fill in all Yellow Highlights with details specific to your Service, Area and Local Business
  • Option to add in “Order Lunch” or “Meal of the Day” options for local Businesses to order lunch on National MOW Day
  • Do you have a Financial Hardship Fund?
  • Change ‘$100 will provide 10 free meals’ if you wish to aim for a different donation amount
  • Insert Bank Details
  • Sign with your name, position, and contact information
