2. How does the pricing work for Home Care Package clients?
Our pricing follows a 70/30 funding model, where 70% of the meal cost is covered by the Home Care Package and 30% is contributed by the client. This ensures affordability while maintaining high-quality meal service.

Yes! We offer a range of meals tailored to dietary requirements, including low-sodium, diabetic-friendly, texture-modified, gluten-free, and more. Please reach out to your local service for more information specific to your client’s region.
4. How do I refer a client to Meals on Wheels™?
- Submit a Referral – Fill in an online referral form (link to referral form) or call 1300 90 97 90 for urgent referrals.
- We Process the Referral – We will forward the details to the nearest Meals on Wheels™ service in your client’s region.
- Service Coordination – The local service will contact you or your client to arrange meal delivery and ensure a smooth start.

Yes. Our volunteers do more than deliver meals—they check in on clients. If we notice any concerns about a client’s health or wellbeing, we will contact you promptly.
